Scott Wunsch
Chief Operating Officer
Chief Operating Officer Scott Wunsch understands more than most the challenges that come with transporting lifesaving organs for transplant. He started with Trinity Medical Solutions in 2018 after 13 years at LifeCenter Northwest, the largest geographic OPO in the country, which serves Alaska, Washington, northern Idaho and Montana. At LifeCenter, Scott served as vice president of clinical operations, managing overall operations and logistics. His experience is an asset to the team at Trinity, which works closely with OPOs and transplant centers across the country to provide the best logistics and transportation solutions to maximize the gift of life.
Seth Bacon
Chief Executive Officer
Trinity Medical Solutions would not be where it is today without the vision of Chief Executive Officer Seth Bacon. Seth founded Trinity, then known as Trinity Air Medical, in 2013 after a successful career in the fire service. In 2015, the organization began providing health care transportation logistics specifically to transplant centers and organ procurement organizations (OPOs). Today, Trinity is recognized as a transplant industry leader and has made four consecutive appearances on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing U.S. companies. Seth is a member of Inc. Masters and the Phoenix Business Journal Leadership Trust and serves on several charitable boards.
Ted Becerra
Chief Financial Officer
Ted Becerra brings more than 20 years of experience as an accountant, controller and business owner to his role as chief financial officer of Trinity Medical Solutions. Ted was promoted to the position after first joining Trinity in 2016 as controller for the organization. He is an alumnus of Arizona State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting, as well as his MBA. Ted has been married for more than 25 years to his lovely wife, Karen, who is also an accountant. They have a son, Jordan, and two daughters, Marisa and Tina. When he’s not working, Ted enjoys spending time with his family and hitting the gym in the early morning hours to play pick-up basketball and work out.

Andrew Marreel
Director, Business Development
Andrew Marreel enjoys rising to the challenge of providing faster and more efficient organ transportation as part of the team at Trinity Medical Solutions. Currently serving as the director of business development, he first joined the team in 2016 as a research analyst. A Phoenix native, Andrew found himself back at home in Arizona after attending college in California, where he made the most of the cooler weather. An avid participant and fan of sports, he’s been playing golf since he could walk and rugby since college.
Clarissa Osuna
Accountant
Accountant Clarissa Osuna is proud to work for a company that helps save lives daily. A registered organ donor, Clarissa knew working for Trinity Medical Solutions would help her gain the knowledge necessary to feel comfortable with the process. She joined Trinity in March 2019 after graduating from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy.
Dan Martinelli
Customer Success Director
As customer success director, Dan Martinelli ensures customers receive Trinity’s standard of excellence in service. His focus is on maintaining customer engagement, establishing mutually beneficial relationships, inspiring customers by sharing Trinity’s vision and prioritizing customer concerns as they arise. Dan has more than two decades of experience within the donation and transplantation system. He’s been on the front lines of donation discussions, eager to learn about donors’ lives and graciously secure consent for the gift of life. Dan’s connection to the field is personal. When his cousin became an organ and cornea donor, saving three lives and enhancing the lives of two others, he saw firsthand the incredible impact of donation and transplantation. Outside of work, Dan enjoys staying active with his family – bike riding, hiking and skiing, coaching his son’s baseball and basketball teams, and volunteering within his community. He’s also an avid reader and enjoys live music.
Eric Mendiola
Operations Manager
Eric Mendiola was drawn to Trinity Medical Solutions by the opportunity to be a part of a team that helps maximize the availability of organs and tissues for transplant. An operations manager who first started with the organization in January 2022, he most enjoys knowing that lives are saved and that the Trinity team plays a small part in that. Originally from the U.S. island territory of Guam, the culture at Trinity and the hospitality it provides through excellent customer service reminds Eric of home. Before joining Trinity, he worked in corrections as a training administrator and earned his bachelor’s degree in correctional programs and support services from the University of Phoenix. In his downtime, Eric enjoys spending time with his family.
Jessica Morgan
Payroll Manager
Since joining Trinity Medical Solutions in 2017, payroll manager Jessica Morgan says she’s enjoyed every day spent as part of the team. With a background in transportation and logistics, she enjoys learning how to apply her skill set to the field of organ donation and transplantation. In addition to her role at Trinity, Jessica is currently attending Arizona State University where she’s working toward her bachelor’s degree in family and human development.
Krew
Chief Greeting Officer
In addition to serving as the official front door greeter, Krew performs an attendance check throughout Trinity’s office each morning. He is also well-known for visiting the conference room to make sure all team members have equal access to petting opportunities. Krew officially joined the Trinity family on Dec. 25, 2014, and has been brightening the lives of team members ever since. While it doesn’t take much to gain his favor, he’d like you to know rawhides are a personal favorite.
Luis Alvarez
Staff Accountant
Staff Accountant Luis Alvarez was drawn to Trinity Medical Solutions by the opportunity to learn how accounting can support logistics operations to help surgeons and organs reach people in need across the country. He’s also grateful to be a part of a supportive team that’s always willing to offer a helping hand or answer a question about a different part of the operation. In his free time, Luis enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, camping, fishing and taking bike rides.
Mark Jaycox
Manager, Ground Operations
Mark Jaycox feels blessed to serve Trinity Medical Solutions as senior operations manager after first joining the team as a driver in 2018. A Tucson native, Mark has called Phoenix home since 2000. In addition to his role at Trinity, he coaches at Back Alley CrossFit where he runs their program for teens. When he’s not on the clock or in the gym, you can find Mark doing schoolwork, volunteering with underprivileged youth, going out two-stepping and spending time with his nephews.
Nick Bruner
Operations Manager
Nick Bruner, operations manager at Trinity Medical Solutions, feels immense pride in providing logistical support for lifesaving organ transplants. Originally drawn to Trinity due to its positive company culture and impact on others, he first took a position as a logistics coordinator in 2019 before transitioning to a lead coordinator role. In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with his two beautiful children, Beaux and Quinn, and his amazing wife, Gabrielle. Nick and Gabrielle enjoy traveling when possible and attend as many Cardinals, Suns and D-Backs games as time allows.
Robin Thompson
Director of Operations
As director of operations, Robin Thompson is honored to support the commitment of surgical teams, coordinators, generous donors, recipients and families as they navigate the gift of life and the transplant process. Prior to joining Trinity Medical Solutions in May 2022, she amassed three decades of operational leadership experience in insurance, marketing, banking and logistics. Robin earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Dakota with an emphasis in information management. She and her family reside in the Phoenix valley. When she’s not working, Robin enjoys traveling, being outdoors and spending time with her family.
Sean Pfendler
Ground Operations Manager
Sean Pfendler is proud to work for Trinity Medical Solutions because of the difference it makes in people’s lives. As ground operations manager, he sees that difference firsthand while providing safe and reliable transportation to surgeons and other medical professionals. Sean has over ten years of experience in leading and developing people. Prior to joining Trinity, he managed teams in both customer service and logistics. When he’s not working, Sean enjoys the outdoors, especially activities such as hiking, fishing and backpacking. His favorite trip was a three-week trek in the mountains of northern New Mexico where he saw some beautiful wildlife, including bears and a mountain lion.
