These website terms of use (“Website Terms of Use”) govern the use of the website https://trinityairmedical.com (the “Site”).  

The Site is owned and/or controlled by or on behalf of Trinity Air Medical, LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company having its registered office at 1437 W Auto Drive, Tempe, Arizona 85284 (“Trinity”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

The purpose of the Site is to provide the Site’s visitors (“User” or “you”) with information regarding the activities of Trinity, including access to a set of elements making up the Site, in particular data, graphics, sound, artwork, computer code, texts, logos, images, videos, icons, databases, and software and/or sounds (“Content”).

By accessing or using the Site, User agrees that he/she has read, understands, accepts and agrees to be bound by and act in accordance with these Website Terms of Use.

These Website Terms of Use cover your use of the Site. For other Trinity services, you may be required to accept additional terms which apply to those services.

The Site is normally accessible at any time, except in cases of force majeure or technical incident. Trinity may also interrupt the access to the Site or to all or part of the Content for maintenance purposes. The User acknowledges and agrees that Trinity should not be held responsible for any consequences that may result from such interruptions.

Trinity strives to publish information and Content on the Site that is as accurate as possible. The User is only granted a free, limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and visit the Site and the Content, in an exclusively private context and subject to acceptance and compliance with these Website Terms of Use. Such right is granted to the User exclusively in the country from which the User accesses the Site and the Content and only during the period of availability of the Content on the Site and/or availability of the Site, as determined by Trinity at its sole discretion.

The User accesses and uses the Site and the Content at his/her sole responsibility and at his/her own risk.

  • take any action that imposes, or may impose, in the discretion of Trinity, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Trinity’s infrastructure;

  • deep-link to any portion of this Site (including where applicable, without limitation, the purchase path for any travel services) for any purpose without Trinity’s express written permission;

  • use the Site for any speculative, false, or fraudulent purposes; or

  • infringe the rights or damage the reputation of Trinity or any third party.

The User also undertakes not to use these Site for any purpose that is unlawful and/or prohibited by these Website Terms of Use or public order. In that respect, Trinity reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content added to the Site which breaches these rules and, if necessary, to claim against the User, in particular in case of messages or comments of a racist, insulting, defamatory or pornographic nature, whatever the medium used (text, photographs, etc.), or in case of a privacy violation or personal data breach.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trinity makes no warranty or representation of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Site and/or any Content, data, software, materials, information, products, services and/or operation of the Site, all of which are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trinity expressly disclaims any representation or warranty, express or implied, that the Site will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or virus-free.

If you are a business, these Website Terms of Use (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and we both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York or the District Court of the United States having jurisdiction therein.
